Our Rates:
HALF DAY CONFERENCE
R 460 per person
FULL DAY CONFERENCE
R 530 per person
24 HOUR CONFERENCE
R 1800 per person sharing per night
R 2290 single per night

Remuneration applies to the following:
- Accommodation rates
- Twenty four (24) hour packages
- Day conference packages
- Function venue hire
- Additional lunch or dinner menu’s (specified on quotation)

Referral Commission - 2.5% - 7.5%
Criteria for qualification:
- Request for quotation
- Making of the original bookingCo-ordinating Commission - 7.5% - 12.5%
Criteria for qualification:
- Signing of contract, in which the client must designate the PCO/TA as their representative
- Ensuring the hotel receives rooming lists, agenda’s, menu selections and all other required details relating to event
- Signing of final function sheets by client
- Ensuring client settles in accordance with agreed payment terms; receipt of required deposits by due dates, receipt of final payments due, settlement of extras after the event AND/OR receipt of required vouchers/purchase orders to guarantee payment
- Having a representative on site during the event
- Assistance in resolving queries after the event, should they arisePCO/TA be responsible for all aspects - 10% - 15%
